You agree to use Cheat Codes only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Access to the Cheat Codes API is subject to usage limits defined by your plan or agreement. Excessive use that degrades service quality for other users may result in rate limiting or suspension. API keys are for your use only and must not be shared publicly.
All content, code, logic, and materials within the Cheat Codes platform are the intellectual property of Automation Ace and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Cheat Codes integrates with third-party platforms including Zapier and Airtable. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party platform availability, changes, or terms.
Cheat Codes is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation Ace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Automation Ace, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Cheat Codes at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
